The Stinger Jig (30-40g) is a compact, aerodynamic metal jig built for shore anglers who need distance over finesse.

Slim, weighted and cut for long casts, it's designed to punch out well beyond where a standard jig can reach, then get down fast and start working the moment it hits the water — ideal for probing rock marks, gullies and drop-offs where predators sit just out of easy casting range.

Pair it with a rod like the PureLure Flight Dance FD-80MFS and a good braided line to get the full benefit of the casting distance and stay in direct contact through the retrieve.

Best fished off rock marks, piers and beaches with some depth nearby. Cast out, let it sink to your depth, then work it back with a straight, steady retrieve or sharp sweeps of the rod tip, pausing to let it flutter down between pulls. A solid choice for Bass, Mackerel and Pollock feeding on baitfish along the shoreline.
